1.安装顺序：

安装前提请先安装好IIS所有的组件，所有小项48个应该全部安装。

先安装“vc9运行库.exe,VC14x86运行库.exe”
再安装 “星外PHP多版本安装包.msi”
最后安装“PHPManagerForIIS-PHP版本切换.msi”
如果需要配合星外主机系统使用，请安装以下包：
mysqlodbc5.1.msi
mysql5.5.x.msi(安装说明请参考星外mysql55视频教程.swf视频教程，在本压缩包中有）
phpmyadmin您可以用星外开一个虚拟主机上传放在里面,并设置在数据库自检的高级管理中。
微软的静态化组件rewrite_amd64.msi，是2008,2012用来做静态化用的，可以代替2003上用的iisrewrite

3.安装成功后，在IIS全局中找到“PHP Manager”，里面有一项“Change PHP version”，可以选PHP版本，在全局切换PHP版本号。

如果您下载的是DLL文件（如果是其他软件请无视下面的信息）：

In Windows 8/10, go to the Start screen. Start typing cmd and Windows will find "Command Prompt". Right click "Command Prompt" and choose "Run as administrator".
If you are prompted for an administrator password or for a confirmation, type the password, or click Allow.
